BLADE
Born in London, Blade’s mother was bitten by the vampire Deacon Frost as she was giving birth to him. This granted Blade an immunity to vampiric bites as well as a prolonged lifespan and the ability to sense supernatural creatures. When he was nine, he met jazz musician and vampire hunter Jamal Afari, who trained him. After working alongside many vampire hunters, including the Nightstalkers and Quincy Harker, Blade was later bit by Morbius, the Living Vampire. This transformed Blade into a hybrid of man and vampire, also known as a Daywalker among his prey.
