DEADPOOL
Also known as the Merc-With-A-Mouth, Wade Wilson contracted terminal cancer and was offered a cure by the Weapon X Project. He was part of an experiment that emulated Wolverine’s healing factor, a process that cured his cancer and gave him a powerful healing factor, but also turned his skin into something resembling a cross between melted cheese and ground beef. Now, under the name Deadpool, Wade continues to do just about anything he can for money (except male prostitution).
BLIND AL
A former agent of British Intelligence, the woman only known as Aletha has a mysterious past. She was captured by Deadpool and forced to live in his house, although over time, Al became more of a roommate and a surrogate mother than a prisoner, happy to have a rent-free place and all the Matlock she could watch in exchange for doing some chores and cooking. Now however, Wade has come back to her, except he’s the one without a home and now she’s the one in charge.
WEASEL
Jack Hammer was once a brilliant student who was destined to go places—until a time-lost Deadpool screwed up his life, that is! Now, Weasel is perhaps Deadpool’s closest friend, as well as his resident tech guy, assisting Wade from the sidelines, although occasionally finding himself embroiled in Deadpool’s missions.
